Hero Supermarket has introduced its own private brand to sell at lower prices than similar well known national brands. But the quality is the same as national brands because we select the finest suppliers to pack our products. Our private brand products range from cooking oil, bakery, drinks, canned food, household good to groceries and are tested to maintain their consistency and quality.

To support the completeness of product and customer satisfaction, Hero also has a processing center and the development of the concept in store bakery and Restaurant in the outlet stores. Until now Hero is the only local retailer that has a strategy of developing private label (own brand) are quite intensive. With this strategy Hero is expected to improve its service and survive as best supermarkets in Indonesia.
